In my next podcast I will go over the 4 noble truths that set a person free from suffering and the philosophy of non attachment, Buddha speaks a lot about non attachment and the middle way is it possible that there is a middle way in non attachment?  Many of us take the idea of non attachment a bit too far and think it's terrible or those who practice it can seem out of touch from the rest of us and of course this is not the middle way as so many religions  and belief systems people put their own spin on the meaning and miss understand the messages by taking them to extremes the exact thing we are instructed not to do

In this podcast episode I'm going over a simple brief of How Buddha had come to be, the philosophy of his teaching have been life changing for many and I'll be talk more about it in future episodes.  While Buddhism is fairly new in the western world these teaching go back more than 2000 years and has made it's way here significantly over the past 15-20 years. I'm personally not any particular religion, raised Catholic and eventually a believer of all things. I'd come to see that knowing as much as I could about different belief systems were so eye opening ,so incredibly beautiful. They've all touched my soul with powerful truths in simple stories that resemble children's fairy tales
